In 2001, Certified Master Chocolatier and Chef de Cuisine Scott J. Van Rixel ppened a quaint chocolate shop in Taos, NM. His scrumptious chocolate confections immediately drew wild buzz from locals and visitors from all over. Soon after, Scott’s brother, Tim, joined him in New Mexico to help expand the company in new ways. They moved the shop to Albuquerque, NM in 2008.
